Just sad there's no battery in the watch!

Hi Isabelle,
Thank you for taking the time to give a feedback.
All the watches are stored in a tempered room without batteries to avoid any risk with acid leaks. We are considering including batteries before shipping.

In the meantime, please note that all official Swatch stores change batteries for free, and as many times as you want.
