IMPORTANT infomation 

Some countries are subject to relative tariffs based on package size, value and content. These tariffs/fees are applied by the country of destination at the expense of the importer/customer. Swatch Vintage Collection is responsible for the fulfilling of the custom clearance requirements but is not liable for the payment of extra fees for import procedures.

Shipping is carried out with two logistics partners/providers: Belgian Post & DHL Express

Your order is prepared within 2 working days and ultimately shipped with the provider of your choice.

Bpost: ~8-days delivery
DHL Express: ~3-days delivery

Swatch Vintage Collection is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistical providers (strikes, etc.).

Automatic returns to sender caused by proven client inaction will be automatically shipped at client's expense. No refund claim will be accepted.

Returns

Returns for products that are not conform to displayed description and claimed within 14 days after the date of purchase.

Your order will be shipped securely from Belgium with DHL Express. Import duties, taxes or customs fees may be collected by DHL upon delivery and are not included in the checkout total.

Please note that refusing to pay import duties or taxes may result in return shipping and administrative fees charged by the carrier.

This allows us to keep each vintage Swatch carefully packed, insured and shipped with a premium express service.
